Confidentiality and Data Security
Your conversations, materials, and personal information stay protected. Information is handled with strict confidentiality, with clear communication if legal or safety boundaries require disclosure.


Conflict of Interest and Role Clarity

Information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential except:

5. Group and Cohort Confidentiality

In group coaching, cohort programs, or workshops:

  • Confidentiality expectations will be established 
  • Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others
     

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.


6. Session Recording

Sessions will not be recorded without your explicit consent. If recorded, usage and access will be defined in writing.


7. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Due to the nature of coaching services:

  • Payments are non-refundable 
  • Rescheduling policies may be defined separately
     

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, including:

  • ELEVATE framework
     
  • Assessments, tools, and content
     

are owned by Sygrun LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize materials without written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sygrun LLC is not liable for:

  • Decisions or actions taken by clients 
  • Business or personal outcomes
  • Indirect or consequential damages
     

10. Third-Party Services

This website may link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.


11. Governing Law
