Client-Centered Agreements
Each engagement starts with a clear agreement that defines roles, responsibilities, confidentiality, scheduling, fees, and expectations. You know how the work will operate from day one.

Confidentiality and Data Security
Your conversations, materials, and personal information stay protected. Information is handled with strict confidentiality, with clear communication if legal or safety boundaries require disclosure.

Conflict of Interest and Role Clarity
You always know the role in the room. When coaching shifts into advisory or HR expertise, it is named directly. Potential conflicts are addressed early so trust stays intact.

Commitment to Excellence
Your experience benefits from continuous professional development. When additional perspective strengthens your outcome, supervision, support, or referral is used without hesitation.

Honesty in Representation
What you see is what you get. Credentials, services, and outcomes are represented accurately, with no inflated claims or ambiguity.

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.

Sessions will not be recorded without your explicit consent. If recorded, usage and access will be defined in writing.

Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Due to the nature of coaching services:

• Payments are non-refundable 
• Rescheduling policies may be defined separately
   

All materials, including:

• Assessments, tools, and content
   

are owned by Sygrun LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize materials without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sygrun LLC is not liable for:

• Decisions or actions taken by clients 
• Business or personal outcomes
• Indirect or consequential damages
